Manufacturing Blueprint - 40%, Crafting Blueprint - 20%, Cooking Blueprint - 40%.

Amount ot materials - allways random number in some range.
Base success rate - variable, that is calculated using level of blueprint. Now used anywhere.

All materials fixed for each item in blueprint.
Usage Count - 1-10 times.

Crafting Blueprint |
All items are fixed for each blueprint level. But there may be some differences in Material3 field.
Item for material3 is fixed, but 60%
Usage Count - 1 - 5.

All items and materials are fixed.
Usage Count - 1-10.
