Editable are name and description of items, mob and NPC. This was add mostly for Russian server to rename NPC from english to russian language, but it can be used and for some others features, like some quests items or changing description of NPC to tell something to noobs. I don’t have server with quest, so can’t add them fully to database :(
Also you can set BB code in description field. You will need to enter valid ID of a mob, item or NPC and then server will change this code to some name and set link here. For example "You can get this item from [NPC]98[/NPC]" will be like "You can get this item from Chaos Administrator" or something like that. Chaos Administrator – a link to NPC page.
If this feature will be used - I will add additional script to choose npc, item or mob by name with something similar to google-suggest. And if this feature will be used in order to shut down database – well, this will mean that not all players are civilian in some ways.
